Scared to go into school then not make enough to move out
I’m 24 living in Canada and have thought for years and years what the hell I want to do and still am always confused. I love helping people, so I decided to start my social work bachelors this Winter. I love counselling and helping people through their mental struggles. But I’m scared doing it as a career will be an entirely different story.
I originally wanted to be a guide and LOVE traveling but I have to be realistic now that I’m 24 and actually prepare to live alone and be able to afford it. Shit is so expensive idk how anyone else does it. I feel like I’m always making the wrong decision. I hate being confused with my purpose here. What if I spend all this money to hate the job I chose and not make enough to survive.
