(CECHH01) turned off randomly started blinking red

Was playing fallout, granted I hadn't used my physical disc drive in quite awhile. Game froze with blue and green light at first, restarted and it played again only to crash and start blinking red. First time opened not too dirty but still had dust of course, took apart and reapplied new thermal paste, once reassembled I now get a green light for about one second and blue blink then to red flashing, hoping for the best expecting the worse any insight?
