Golisopod Moveset

Just got access to Golispod Mega stone and wanted to make use of its Steel retyping but can't seem to teach it any moves. The wimpod I caught only had two moves neither were helpful and the move relearner doesn't work. It's level 79 so I don't think it's learning any new moves - Iron Head TM doesn't work. Just curious if its a bug on my end or this pokemon's moveset is altered in this game. Thanks!
