Just Got a Parking Ticket WHILE DRIVING

I just got a past due notice from Diamond Parking (never got an actual ticket) and the date time and address didn't make sense so I checked my Google maps timeline and I was driving past the address (no frills east hastings) at the time the ticket was issued. Has anyone ever had this happen? Like how??
