Your hot takes on bikepacking in Portugal and Spain

Heya! I am planning a gravel bikepacking trip through Portugal and Spain from mid- Feb for 2 months.

Looking at bringing my tent, with a mix of camping and hostel stays. On a gravel bike. Loosely thinking going between Porto - Lisbon - Seville - Granda - Barcelona, with the use of trains to get to some cool gravel sections and loops.

BUT I am wanting everyone's "must-see" spots, hot takes, favorite or most hated sections, great piece of gear you had etc!
