How are business AI accounts monitored?

Company uses AI, expects employees to use AI on company’s business plan. Ok so don’t laugh, but what if I ask it “stupid”questions and to explain basic stuff? All relevant and to help with job of course, but I keep picturing someone looking at my search/chat history and judging hard
