Good 1000pt army list for a begginer?

I recently started playing warhammer and am looking to make my first ever ork army! Since both me and my play partner are new we are starting with smaller armies and working our way up. I would love if someone could give me a good ork army to start off with! (A bit of explanation on how it works would also be great, I am very new haha)
