Am I Broken by Ops Work, or Does Everyone Log Their Noita Runs? 47% SelfInflicted Deaths and Counting

Between client notes and my kid's schedule I have this stupid spreadsheet habit bleeding into everything. Started logging my Noita runs last month. Death cause, biome reached, best wand found, whether I got greedy and drank something I shouldn't have. It's already a mess. Two columns I gave up on because I couldn't decide what counted as a 'good' wand versus a 'workable' wand. The kind of ambiguous category that makes me want to delete the whole thing and start over with better definitions. Which I won't do because I did that with my training client intake form three times and it never helped. My wife asked what the point was since I'll never look back at it. Fair question. I don't have an answer. Something about seeing the patterns though. Dying to my own spells way more than I thought. Still can't kick the habit of carrying every flask I find. The spreadsheet says I'm at 47% selfinflicted deaths and climbing. Feels like that should mean something. Anyone else do this or am I just broken by ops work
