I love the game, but the game hates me

Every single NN is the same result which is 0-3 or 1-2. I practice online against friends who are better, I go to Nexus Nights and Skirmishes, and I've watched damn near every video on yt from the bigger creators. Everytime I ask someone if I could've done better they say that I made the correct plays but I just got outmatched.

Do I just quit and find a new hobby at this point because I don't want to keep on going to these nights with the very little free time I have just to get my ass kicked for $5-10.
