BV Panel Thoughts?

I keep getting reoccurring BV and I’ll take metronidazole and just get it again. I’m going to also try to get my partner to get medicine too, because I think that why I keep getting it back. For other women dealing with this, are any of these a separate issue?

Gardnerella Vaginalis-Detected
Megasphaera type 1-Detected-Medium
Lactobacillus Crispatus-Detected-Medium
Lactobacillus Iners-Detected-High
Ureaplasma Urealyticum/Parvum-Detected-Medium

Please let me know your thoughts or if you’re dealing with these!
