My family wants me to take pills from Mexico

I have Bipolar 2 and got off my medication two months ago cause of depression and lack of funds. I've been on a long psychiatry wait list, it's public services. My family wants to take matters into their own hands and they bought me pills from Mexico. I've beem stalling all day because they bought the highest mg and that medication needs medical supervision because it can cause a deadly rash (Lamictal). I don't even remember what dose I was tapering off of when I first started. I'm an adult and I feel like they're gonna force me to take this medication, they've been waiting for me all day. Mind you, in a couple of weeks I have a psychiatry appointment.

I AM NOT ASKING FOR MEDICAL ADVICE. I know what they're doing isn't right, but have no idea how to approach the situation. They bought 100mg pills and expect me to start on 50. I'm not even manic, just depressed and not dangerous to anyone or myself. Anyone who's been on Lamictal knows its a slow taper.
