PSA: Controller inputs when game is not highlighted!

I had wardogs up in the background and was playing Yakuza 3 - The inputs worked while Im playing Yakuza and I ended up purchasing a gold bar. I only have 2k now and Im super depressed Im going to miss out on a potential gold bar sale at end of wipe. I'm not the best at the game so the money mean a lot. Be ware!!
