Rudolf, Cafe, ready to get started with extra training? That long G1 is coming up, and we need to be sure we can beat, or at least, be prepared for the competition. We're up against some strong individuals, so let's try to amp this up.

Okay, let’s start this shit.

*Both Cafe and Rudolf begins their extensive training for the Kikuka Sho, the final crown for the Triple Crown. Now set on their training course, their first agenda is…*

Alright, let’s get some speed training done. Let’s try to beat the clock and your highest time. Ready, set, go!

*Rudolf and Cafe start running on the track, one 2000m dash, slowly reaching to almost the same length as the Kikuka Sho at 2800m after a few runs*

Alright, that’s good. We’ll keep that up until we can manage 3000 meters. Sounds like a fuck ton, but we managed to get to 2800, so that’s a start. Alright, next on the agenda, let’s work on power training.

*At the sports gym…*

Let’s get some sit ups finished up. Alright, keep it up, we have all day to finish this up.

*After a few hours of exercises…*

Okay, Rudolf, Cafe, we’re all done here. Last agenda for today, we’ll be heading out to the park, there should be some stairs there that we could use to run on.

Everyone else, just follow your normal routine here.

*They head out to the park while the rest of the team stays at the Academy, finally reaching the park and right to the stairs as the sun begins to set down*

Shit, it’s almost night time. Alright, listen up, I just need you two to run down those stairs up, I’ll time you there at the top, and we’ll repeat this 4 more times, then we’re done.

Ready? And… go.

*Both Rudolf and Cafe run on top of the stairs, repeating after each recorded time, until they reach the final stretch*

*Robert screams from the top of the stairs, with Rudolf and Cafe resting at the bottom*

Alright, one more! This is going to be the last part of our training. After this, we’re finished here.

You guys ready?

Alright, folks, let’s get to work.
