How are you guys watching live sports, and flipping channels??

Every time that I flip from one game (channel) to another, it restarts from where I last left that channel. I just watched an entire quarter of football that was 30 mins old because I never remember to ffwd every single time that I change channels. Is there a way to set it up so that it always goes live to a channel?
