Never done this

I’ve been going through a lot lately and just very confused, my sexual needs have not been met and it’s been a very long since human touch .I’ve been having this weird urge or feeling or something and began to get curious, I’m a 26m 5’9 normal build maybe considered “hung” but as I think about it I’m not sure if I’m just trying to jerk or meetup or simply talk through this time, it would be dl with what’s going on, would think I would get post nut clarity possibly , is this normal?
