Chest and left arm pain

I’ve been a frequent vape user as well as a heavy weed smoker since I was a teenager and vapes started getting popular.
I’ve been experiencing chest pains, shortness of breath and left arm pains for a couple months now, and this isn’t the first time in my life these have occurred.
I’ve went to the ER a few times and even seen a cardiologist and they always end up telling me they can’t find anything wrong with me.
I’m boiling it down to the vape.
So far it’s been about a week with no vaping or weed smoking (not that impressive but still..). I know there are plenty of other people In this thread that experienced the same heart attack like symptoms as me, and have gone back to just weed and been fine.

Like I mentioned before, this isn’t the first time I’ve gone through this and I quit vaping and smoking for over a month and was able to enjoy weed again.

I honestly shouldn’t have picked the vape back up but we all know how damn good those things are.

Basically what I am asking is. Have you quit the vape and were able to enjoy weed again?
