Question about Online AI.

Did they fix driver ratings in online with AI? Like if I wanted to run a season with my friend knowing online is the only place we could go and adding up our own points do drivers run realistically? Last years online AI had no rhyme or reason. Kyle Larson and Denny Hamlin as
Back markers? Sure. Cody Ware running top five at Dover? You bet. I can get past not being able to qualify or choose a starting spot but the wacky field running like a Mario Kart game was something I couldn’t get past.

Also, do AI DNFs actually work? Like do CPUs pit after being involved or actually exit races? This isn’t an online specific question just curious.
