Post punk song I listened to 3 years ago

Im trying to find this, I believe post punk song, I listened to about three or so years ago. I remember hearing it in a YouTube playlist so I never actually knew the name. It was a male singer and it had a fairly odd beat to it where it was kind of like a drum followed by a high-pitched noise and it would repeat that sequence over and over again making a sort of “bum weeo bum weeo.” I don’t remember much of the lyrics although there may have been a line at one point in which he says “Jesus says,” although that may likely be misheard. I haven’t been able to find the YouTube video, but I remember it looped a couple of pictures and short videos in the background of the music playlist, including, I believe, a picture of the moon and a girl.
