Textures load very, VERY slowly on Bioshock Remastered GOG edition on Winlator

On my Poco F9 Ultra (Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Elite), the game runs very well, but for some reason, the texture streaming is extremely slow, and most of the game looks very lo-fi. Eventually, after many minutes (over 4-5) of waiting, the textures will load, and the game runs just as well, what could be the culprit? Is there even a fix? Thanks, guys
