Guy on electric bike tried following me home

happened at 9PM while I was walking home, folks were out. noticed a guy on a electric bike speaking Spanish to someone stop at the crosswalk at the train store going to the little library and don’t think of anything of it. I keep walking until I get to. the community fridge and he stops me and asks where I’m going. I say “nowhere have a nice day” and walk in the opposite direction which unfortunately is near where I live. instantly call my partner to meet me outside to try and spook him but he keeps driving really close to me and keeps telling me to get on his bike.

i call 9-11 and proceed to walk back and forth as he’s progressively getting closer and closer to me as. 911 is trying to get my address and I’m trying not to let him hear. finally my partner comes out and he has to push the biker away. he was probably mid height with a tan, accent, blue clothing or electric bike it was hard to tell and a square face with big black eyebrows.

I made a report and the police are aware, but I read about this happening about 15 days ago with a similar person In the same area. just want to make people aware that this person is hanging out in that area and to be careful even if there are other people around he doesn’t care unless they are police.
