TaskUs Job Offer

This is my first time applying to BPO and this is my first job too if ever. I was offered 30k package but the basic is 18k and the rest are allowances. The things is during sa contract signing nabasa ko na any time pwede pala ma transfer to different account or site and that means that the allowances could change too. So ngayon nagdadalawang isip ako if itutuloy kopa ba to kasi expectation ko talaga sana is fixed na yong 30k package huhu
