Why will women admit women are sexy but men won’t acknowledge a good looking man?

When out with my girlfriends if we notice another sexy woman we comment on it to each other. It’s nothing to compliment a women’s clothing, body, breast, etc. It doesn’t mean we automatically are Bi and want to have sex with her though. But men certainly don’t do that for other men…wonder why.
