I need input on my period and possibilities of what i may have, im open to hearing anything. 

I got my first period at 13, I have recently turned 18 and for the entirety of those 5 years i have had irregular periods. My periods last 8-10 days, the longest being 12 days. I heavy bleed on all days except the last 2. I experience really bad PMS a week prior to getting my period, I get really really bad cramps. Other than that, it’s pretty regular.. up until recently. 

For the past 3 months, i’ve been experiencing new symptoms. I get this SHARP, random stabbing pain and it feels like someone is stabbing my uterus with a fork. This has happened 3 times, and each time, this is what has came out. It’s like thick and tough but squish and fleshy?? like tissue? i’m not sure what it is but i know that it’s huge and painful. Apart from that, i’ve also been experiencing spotting a lot more often before / after my period but it’ll only be for a day or two. regardless, I just need input and to see if other women can relate. I don’t know what’s up with me. 

Other factors to consider:  
I’m a bit underweight   
I don’t eat often (sometimes only one meal a day and a few snacks)  
I don’t sleep that well   
I’ve been really stressed (diagnosed depression idk if that adds to anything) 

so maybe those have something to do with it but i’m not sure. I’m open to any comments.
