howard supplemental fee

I got an email saying they Reset your password for your Howard University account. super random sus email, I wasnt even doing anything and they just sent me a reset your password email. I tried to pay the supplemental fee but apparently it says my secondary app is already submitted after I completed the questions but the link to pay $75 is not working. Apparently you have to mail them the $75, if anyone knows pls help 🙏🙏 also the email doesnt even tell me where to mail the money
