RELET AVAILABLE: URGENT MOVE-IN

Hi everyone,

I am looking to relet my bedroom/unit in a by-the-bed 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at The Forge on North Lincoln Avenue in Urbana, IL. Ideally, I am looking for a male tenant to take over my lease and move into the second bedroom, as the other current tenant is a 26-year-old man (and his cat).

Apartment Details: 

2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

Available ASAP

- Note: If you are interested, you would need to fill out an application for the apartment complex and be approved before we can move forward with the relet.

Rent: $835/month

- Tenant is responsible for electricity & internet, which fluctuate depending on use and are billed separately through Conservice. They will be added to your resident portal so that you are only billed once/in one place. Flex payment options are also available.

Apartment Features:

- Fully furnished (bedroom (full XL bed, dresser, desk, and chair) + shared living space (couch, chair, coffee table, and two high chairs for the island))

- En suite bathroom

- In-unit washer & dryer

- Dishwasher

- Balcony

If you have your own furniture, the complex allows you to bring/use it instead of what is in the room, as long as you put it in storage and bring it back in good condition. If you have kitchen appliances (air fryer, blender, etc.), I can put you in contact with the current tenant to discuss boundaries around using items in the common area.

The apartment is in a great location. The 22S bus comes to a stop that is right in front of the leasing office, and the 22N will drop you off directly across the street. It is right by the highway and within walking distance of a Dollar General and Circle K for snack runs. They completed several renovations over the summer (including painting the buildings, fixing the pool, and repaving the parking lots), and it is looking great.
