WHAT SHOULD I DO! TO SMOKE, OR NOT TO SMOKE! That is the question!
I (42m) have been smoking weed for OVER 20+ years. I quit once in 2013 to 2016 (not voluntarily) because of incarceration. Came out 2016 and decided to start smoking again, almost instantly. Now, I have quit once again, it will be a year plus since I have smoked. I grow my own bud, and currently have a HUGE yield coming up, but I am kind of questioning myself if I should start smoking again.
Since I quit, I can breathe better, I eat WAY more than I should. I was always a skinny guy, but when I quit the one time for 3 years, I went up in weight to about 200lbs. Then lost ALL that, and since I quit again for this year, I have put on a lot of weight again. Smoking weed used to supress my appetite.
I have such VIVID dreams as well now, I don't know if I want to stop dreaming again ☹️
If you were in my shoes, what would you do ?
I love to still grow, I love the smell of my garden & plants. I don't really MISS smoking though. So, I don't now what to do.
I guess I could just do it every now and then, since quitting is pretty easy for me. But, it's like lays chips! Once you Start, there's no stopping!
Also, when I didn't smoke for those 3 years, the first time I smoked coming back, my heart was racing, I got completely TOO high, and promised myself if I came down from that high, that I would never smoke again (I LIED) ... and I'm afraid that maybe my heart can't take it again lol! I know this time to probably just take ONE pull and I'll be stoned, since I haven't smoked in so long. And not just smoke a full backwoods to my face!
HELP ME DECIED!
