Beers & Mid week feeds

Hey everybody I’m coming up to Brissy pretty frequently for work and wondering what’s the locals insight to the pubs that do a decent feed and where you could easily polish off a few schooners after work.

What would also be the recommended mid week places to get a decent lunch feed (Any cuisine, Asian, African, Indian, just something a little different)

Up from Sydney so looking to find pubs comparable to what we’ve got down south, ideally within a 15-20 min trek of the cbd
