I am making a writing system and i need help

The system is just an alphabet system in English (specifficlly american) but since all the consonants and vowels are made of two parts along with voiced or not i want it to be made of three symbols but i cant find a chart for both vowels and consonants, if i could just use 2-4 charts its fine but i'm not an expert and need help
