Hi! I'm Study, a sound designer and composer specializing in impact-driven audio for action, combat, and stylized games.

I create sound effects built around the feel each project is going for: everything from concussive, weighty gunshots to satisfying UI clicks that make an interface feel expensive. I particularly enjoy weapon and combat design, the layering that makes a hit land in your chest instead of just your ears, though I'm equally at home with ambience, foley, creature work, and fantasy or sci-fi palettes. My work has been reviewed by a professional sound designer at Riot Games as well!

I also build game audio systems with Wwise and FMOD: adaptive music and SFX that respond to gameplay, integrated properly rather than handed over as a folder of files. If you'd rather not touch middleware yourself, I can own that side end to end.

On my site you'll find full sound redesigns, original audio rebuilt from scratch over existing footage, which is the clearest way to hear how I approach a project's sonic identity from the ground up.

Skills:

\- Sound design: gameplay-driven, narrative-appropriate SFX (combat, weapons, UI, ambience, foley, creature)
\- Game audio implementation: complete audio pipelines in Wwise and FMOD
\- Audio engineering: mixing, mastering, cleanup and restoration (iZotope RX)
\- Tools: Reaper, FL Studio, Ableton, Wwise, FMOD
