Used Eli Lilly Direct

I used EL direct to purchase a 15mg pen for my current 7.5mg dose, as prescribed by my doctor.

They cancelled my order with the reason as the issuing pharmacy said “need to titrate up to 15mg”. I replied and said this is what my doctor had prescribed and I had been titrating, to which they apologised and asked me to re order.

I did and the pharmacy has called me today to question my last dose. I didn’t lie and said 7.5 last week and they said ok, we will call you back with any problems.

I am assuming the order will likely be cancelled again.

What gives? Looks like they’re cracking down on counting clicks? I’m surprised the issuing pharmacy cares…

Anyone experienced this at a regular pharmacy? This is my first time buying a larger pen.
