Zepbound and drinking barium sulphate for a CT scan

I have a CT scan scheduled for tomorrow morning and I'm supposed to drink two containers of barium sulfate for the imaging. I understand that barium sulfate can cause severe constipation, even impaction. I haven't had any constipation issues while on my 2.5 dose, but I am worried that this might be terrible.

Any of you gone through the same thing and what happened?
