help with setting up for gaming

Hello Ive been on cachyOS for awhile, I'm on AM5 with a RTX card. i also use KDE plasma

Ive set my cache to 30gb (for modded games) following the cachy wiki (this is done already)

i have HDR on, and VRR set to automatic.

I'm just wondering about steam launch options, I'm lost here Ive seen conflicting information on a few sites and AI (i don't trust) but this is what Gemini came up with

can i set in my gaming config (/home/USERNAME/.config/environment.d)

__GL_SHADER_DISK_CACHE_SIZE=32000000000

PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1

PROTON_ENABLE_HDR=1

and in steam launch options, is all i need

game-performance %command%
