Looking for a Manga Can't remember the name.

I am interested in re-reading it, but I can't remember the title. This is what I remember about it.

MC is an Adventurer of some type. I think he was younger.

MC had a demon girl who leveled up with him and her horns grew.

He had a second person with him who protected him when he was almost eaten by a succubus. she might have been a beast girl.

Guild Mistress? Was a very prim and proper person. MC left something behind and she went to go return it to him, when she did, she was assaulted/harrassed/bothered by some guy in an alley way. She then turned into a Spider (we never see her actual form, but we see it shadowed against the guy and the wall.

The MC saw that and she realized he did and he couldn't move from fear.

She then got marked and had to resign from the guild.

All of the Girls did in some form or fashion.

They decided to open some sort of Inn/Tavern type thing.

Any help would be great.
