42 year old woman here

I'm writing this after I observed that my mood swings are crazy. I'm especially this way when I'm ovulating or about to have my periods. I mean I'm aware mood swings are common in women my age. But i recently was accused of exhibiting multiple personalities by a man .Now this worries me . Is this something I should take seriously or let it go

I want to know from other women in the 40 s . Men with wives my age are welcome to comment.
