Terrible mood and need advice

My kid has started Vyvanse and is on 20mg. It seemed really great at first and also seemed to improve their mood. They've been on it for 2 months now. Now when they get home from school they're a nightmare. For context, they were previously on methylphenidate for 2 years and mood was also not good. They're also on Fluoxetine for said mood but it's not helping at all. I know they're a teenager (17) but I'm honestly so sick of their behavior. Rude and completely unreasonable. What have you done with your kids if you've experienced this? Any suggestions PLEASE! I 🙏🏻😭
