A click sound in Hysterical Love Project's "Ionian Sea"

Just discovered Hysterical Love Project's "Lashes" and love it death. On the track 'Ionian Sea' there is a click that happens every measure on the 'uh' of 4 ... that is, if you count each beat One-ee-and-uh, two-ee-and-uh ... when you get to the 'uh' of 4 there is a click that's driving me crazy

Do others hear it, not hear it, or hear it and think it's supposed to be there and sounds okay?

I've played it on three different streaming services and it's there on every one so I'm pretty sure it's not just a glitch
