Samsung shop app wont let me reorder.

Got a problem with Samsung shop app. Nagkamali ako ng input sa trade in unit. Nakapagbayad na through debit card then I cancelled it nung narealize ko na maling unit pala nailagay ko. Sabi ng CS nila 45days pa daw ang refund. Then tinanong ko if pwede ba ko mag order ulit with the correct trade in unit? Sabi sa akin na hintayin ko daw ang refund. Eh mawawala na promo nila nun. Anyone with the same problem? or nag order ulit? Thank you!
