Help with lenders

Hey guys so I set up everything I wanted to set up to start generating inbound leads. I have one guy who has access to a lot of lenders he’s requesting 30% of my deals I think that’s insane so I’m trying to cut him out and find a way to get good lenders without getting fucked and backdoored any advice would be great
