Low dose tren causing high BP?

Been on 82mg tren for 2months with no sides. Also 200mg test 82mg primo and 5iu hgh

Suddenly have BP in the 140s or higher even with 2 BP meds

Is it just due to being on so long or what could be the sudden cause?
