Avoid Boxhero. My experience.

I ordered boxhero after seeing ads on a mobile game. I needed new underwear, I thought I might replace my current stock with a monthly sub. This was early 2025.

I got the shipment I ordered in a reasonable amount of time but I didn’t like the product. I don’t know what clothes made of bamboo is supposed to feel like but these bunched up easily and were uncomfortable. But I’m a big dude, maybe it’s not their fault.

I email them June 18 because I can’t find where to log in to my account on their website. lol, silly me, that’s a feature, not a bug. My renewal date must have been the 25-28th because my emails are ignored until June 28th when I’m told that they already shipped my monthly subscription but will cancel it going forward.

July 30 I get a charge on my CC. I email them and they respond the next day to tell me that my cancellation order is still processing (a full 30 days later) but that I shouldn’t be charged again.

August 23, they send an email asking me to confirm that everything was completed to my satisfaction. I just wanted my subscription cancelled and their website won’t let me check. August 30 they tried to charge my card again. I emailed them, again. Then I called my CC company and told them to deny any charges from this company.

September 15 I get an email saying subscription has been cancelled. Confirmed. No need to worry.

Today. Over a year later, another charge from this company. I called my CC company to ask wtf and they just gave me a bunch of bs.

Anyway, avoid this company at all costs.
