Lighting issues

Evening everyone!

2017 V8

When I turn my lights knob to off, the headlights shut off. About five seconds later, the running lights come on.

How can I stop this and turn off all the lights on the truck?? Seems insane to me there's not an option. I've tried combinations of things, settings on the info screens, etc. The Google Box hasn't been off help.

I want complete blackout when the engine is running. Is this even possible??? It's driving me crazy, and I'm sure I'm missing something.
