Moms who have sons

I have a 3 year old son and all I want to do is raise my son to treat humans, especially women with respect and kindness. In other words, in light of what happened at Cornell, when did you start having conversations with your sons about consent? When is it too early? I just want to raise my son to be the type of man that will take care of others, protect women, and be a kind human being etc
