How would you deal with having been infatuated with someone who is a much better, smarter person

(They’re taken & I have no chance with them so it’s not about that.) But they made me feel like I need to radically overhaul my life because apart from being physically attracted to them they’re tremendously productive and intellectually curious. I’m not even sure what the best first steps would be, except to read more books.
