some bad item buff suggestions

dataminer - gives guppy's eye effect for the room to let you see inside containers. gives 2 stats up instead of 1.

nightlight - slightly wider coverage.

friendly ball - minor rework: can capture up to 6 mobs in it, after clearing a room they dispear inside, and are fully healed for when you next release them, able to release all 6 inside it at once.

isaac's tears - shoot can extra 2 tears and remove sound notification for all but the last charge bar.

mom's bra - double from 4 to 8 seconds.

clicker - shouldnt remove items.

little baggy - spawns an additonal pill on pickup.

no. 2 - gives 5 bombs on pickup
