WHOLESALING REAL ESTATE

Hey, i am looking to get into wholesale real estate, but I am not yet 18 (6 months until then). I am not desperate for money or rushing into things i am unfamiliar with, and am trying to do due diligence. I am a software dev currently with almost no real experience in this field. What do you all think my next steps should be? Do i even give this more of my time before i am 18, or should i just fprget abt it for the time being? Thanks everyone!
