What happened to Voruna's hip wolf heads becoming Attachments?

In the last Devshort, the devs read a comment about asking to make Voruna's wolf heads on her hips to become attachment so the users can remove them if they wanted, and they agreed to do it in the next patch.

Then, the Iceblade Of Narin came, then a Hotfix, nothing.

Then in the latest Hotfix, Citrine Prime got the option to remove her Prime details to be removeable via Attachments, but nothing for Voruna.

Did the developers forget about Voruna?
