47 [m4f] Is an ANR based affair possible?

I'm a married guy in the US. Mostly pretty normal. I have a good career. Great kids. I'm married.

But I've had this interest in ANR for a bit and I wonder if it's something that could be part of an affair. Not the only thing, but something to include.

It's not for everyone and I'm sure that they'll be plenty of people that see this and laugh or down vote.

But maybe it's possible there's a person out there that's interested in that being part of a relationship.
