Vomiting after extraction

Hi, I had 2 of my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday and everything has gone well (0/10 on the pain scale and the swelling is minimal) but I do have a question.

Can i vomit normally following the extraction? I don’t want to dislodge the clot or irritate the area but my medication does cause me to feel nauseas and occasionally throw up.
