6 months on clob with no improvement

Has anyone dealt with 6 months of daily or twice daily clob and still having symptoms? I honestly feel worse than I did when I started treatment 6 months ago and was on it twice daily for the first 6 weeks. Not sure if I should try a different medication or stick it out. Hard to tell if the clobetsasol is irritating my skin or if it simply is not working. Constantly just feel red and inflamed and chafed down there. Prior flares never lasted this long.
