Fragrances

Any tips on differentiating fragrance boxes? The le parfums & EDPs have me confused and I’m worried I’ll give someone the wrong fragrance because of the darn box. I swear the labels on the fragrance shelf and the boxes say different things sometimes. Is best advice to scan the box & check the price?
